There’s an error keeps going on my pc windows 11 and right now I can’t access to the command prompt

There is an error which leads my windows 10 pc to get bluescreen and cannot access or repair the window. As advised in google, i have renamed the vlflt.sys to vlflt.sys.bak, and it worked until i reinstalled the bitdefender software which i have uninstalled. The issue persist again. 
this points to the bitdefender total security which i have, do you have a solution for this issue?

After pressing F8 then on 6) for safe mode and command prompt it’s keeping coming back to the same screen

I think this error code often indicates either a corrupted driver, an incompatible driver version (especially after a Windows update), or even file system damage. Perhaps you could boot from Windows 10 installation media, so you'll need a Windows 10 USB installer for this. If you don’t already have one, you can download the media creation tool from Microsoft: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

Then create a bootable USB drive, plug in the USB and power on the PC. Enter BIOS and set it to boot from USB.
Choose your language and region, then click “Repair your computer”. Select Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Command Prompt. Once you’re in Command Prompt:

cd \Windows\System32\drivers
ren vlflt.sys vlflt.sys.bak

If Bitdefender was reinstalled again, it may have placed the file back.
