I am reaching out for guidance regarding an issue I am facing. I have lost the password for the GravityZone Enterprise Virtual Appliance on my VMware ESXi within the Bitdefender GravityZone On-Prem solution. I tried following the recovery mode instructions provided on the Bitdefender website, but I was unable to access the GNU GRUB (recovery mode) operating system.
I suspect that the logs of the GravityZone Enterprise Virtual Appliance may be taking up excessive space on the virtual machine. If recovery mode is not accessible, can I discard the current GravityZone Enterprise Virtual Appliance and set up a new one using the same IP address and license? Additionally, will the existing Bitdefender Security Agents recognize the new GravityZone Enterprise Virtual Appliance? Will all previous policies remain intact?
