SMS filtering on iOS devices

Hello 🙋🏻‍♀️ I've found the tutorial on the website about how to activate the SMS filtering. On my device (an iPhone 13) I only have the choice to turn on or off the "unknown and spam", there exists no possibility to choose either Mobile Security or None, as showed in the tutorial's next picture.

Does anyone know if this mean that I've already got the SMS filtering on, or is there another way to get it turned on? According to the app, SMS filtering is not in an "on-position" like the Calendar is.

Have you applied the corresponding steps from the below article? Yes, the toggle should be in the ON position, otherwise SMS filtering will not work.

Try to reinstall Mobile Security on your iPhone, grant all the required permissions and check if the behavior persists.

Hi, thanks for answering. Messages on my iPhone is as follows in the settings:

As you can see under message filtering there is no way to get more choices where the "filter unknown senders" is located.

The Bitdefender Mobile security app is showing this:

Is it supposed to be a toggle there to switch on/off the SMS from the Messages app as well?

Sorry, I just checked the app afterwards. I checked Messages in the settings now, and there has now indeed arrived a choice between "Mobile Security" and "None". So now it's all good, it's working 😊 Thanks a lot for your advice!

I didn't have the local network permission granted earlier in the app, maybe that was the reason it didn't work.

Just found out that it wasn't the ungranted local network permission that was the reason of the behaviour after all. It is when the app is among hidden apps that it's not working.
