Hi everyone,

Since I've enabled 2FA I had 5 trusted devices but only logged in from 2 of them, now 3 of the trusted devices are removed but I did not remove them.

Do trusted devices get automatically removed when not being logged in from for a certain amount of time?

Support answered me: "In some cases, yes, it is known that after not logging in for a while on a certain device, can cause the 2FA prompt to trigger, for security reasons."

Hi,

I think this is a task for Support. I haven't got that many trusted devices, so I can't pronounce myself on how it works in this scenario. I assume that by "removed" you mean that you can no longer find them in the list, right?

Yes, I believe that's called "enforced 2FA" or something like that.
