I have an additional hard drive on my desktop and I would like to setup a custom scan for it. Each time I try to do a custom scan it default to the C drive not my other drive. How do I scan the F drive? HELP
Try selecting the F drive manually in the scan settings before starting the custom scan. If it keeps defaulting to C, check if the software allows changing the default scan location.
Thanks for the response. I have been able to get it to work in the past not sure why I can't scan my F drive.
