VPN in Safepay not connecting

I've recently purchased Bitdefender Premium Security Plus. When I open Safepay, VPN remains disconnected with a little red cross indicating this. How do I configure Safepay to open with VPN. I've already looked at the settings and have it on to connect when Safepay opens. I've already performed a reinstall. Any help would be appreciated.

I remember seeing a few similar cases in the past, thus I think it's best to get in touch with Bitdefender Support so they can have a look and find out why this is happening. Normally, if the built-in VPN is enabled, it should connect automatically when you open Safepay. Here's the link to contact the Support engineers for further investigations:

State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
