Bitdefender Agent does not open

I've installed Bitdefender. I've allowed disk access.

I have a macbook pro m4 pro, sequoia

When I open Bitdefender Agent, I am prompted my email and password. I introduce it, I'm asked to allow Bitdefender Agent to perform some operations (I write my password) and then it closes.

How can I solve this?
