I have an issue logging in to Sky.com. I want to switch off Bitdefender for a moment. I've reset my password but Advanced settings in Protection - AV - Open doesn't recognise my password.

If you forgot the password for your Bitdefender settings, you will need to reinstall Bitdefender or contact Bitdefender support for assistance. Should you choose the later, use this link to get in touch with the support teams:

As for the login issue, if you are using an ad-blocked or Bitdefender's Anti-tracker extension, those are also worth checking, because they may interfere with the login process.
