Banking webpage displays text but not graphics/links?

I started having problems with my bank webpage starting about two weeks ago. It will display text but not the graphics and links to login. This is happening in Chrome and well as Safepay. I did have this bookmarked in Safepay as "always open in Safepay". All of my other bookmarks and financial websites continue to work fine. This seems only to be a problem on the devices (laptop and andriod phone) where I'm using Bitdefender as my security. My husband is able to access the website without issue on his android phone and iPad.

I learned from my bank that they had changed their site address from .com to .bank in the past few months and they may have just officially ended the .com availability. I'm not sure what address I had originally bookmarked in Safepay because I deleted in my efforts to find a fix to this problem. Any suggestion on how to fix this?

Step by step to fix problem,

1.Refresh your page

2.update to browser

3.try using a different browser or incognito mode

4.Disable browser extensions

5.try using a different computer or network

All the above and check what browser extensions could interfere with that page, for example any Anti-trackers or ad-blockers. If they changed their domain, this could also be the cause. Is the other domain working for you? The .bank I mean?

I've tried most of what you suggested already with the exception of disabling extensions. The bank's old .com domain now forwards to the new .bank domain. The odd thing is the webpage works on other devices without Bitdefender security. I've submitted a ticket to support.

BD Total Security 27.0.51.260

Google Chrome 137.0.7151.104 x64 (Bitdefender Anti-Tracker is NOT installed, uBlock Origin Lite is installed and enabled)

Microsoft Edge 137.0.3296.83 x64 (Bitdefender Anti-Tracker is NOT installed, uBlock Origin Lite is installed and enabled)

Mozilla Firefox 139.0.4 x64 (Bitdefender Anti-Tracker is NOT installed, uBlock Origin is installed and enabled)

Bitdefender VPN or any other VPN software is NOT installed.

I did a test on all three browsers and here are the results:

As you can see from the screenshots, the webpage loads correctly on all three browsers, without any issues.

@DubBaa I think it's worth checking the browser extensions as well, but let's see what the Support teams have to say.

Disabling the Bitdefender Anti-Tracker and other extensions in Chrome did not resolve my problem. I also downloaded Firefox just to see if that browser made the difference. No luck.

Did anyone try opening the webpage and experience the same issues i'm having?

It's working fine on my end as well. Using Chrome.

Did you clear the cache & cookies and maybe check incognito mode as well?
