Why do i have to restart my pc every time i try to log into Bitdefender SecurePass?

That is NOT an expected behaviour.
First, uninstall BD SecurePass from your PC, by following these steps:

Next, install BD SecurePass on your PC, by following these steps:
https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/108139/
Maybe that will solve the issue.

Turn on disable login tab on startup and check remember me then restart. If problems persist, update securepass and disable any conflicting browser add-ons.
That should stop SecurePass from forcing a restart/login every time.
