Hello! I've searched for and read a few discussions related to the issue of the Bitdefender SecurePass extension asking continually for you to enter your PIN code or master password. The pop-up says, "Unlock your Vault" and "Your Vault is locked due to inactivity/Use your PIN code to unlock it."

I'm using Chrome, which is up to date, on Windows 11 (also up to date) and this stupid message pops up every 1-2 minutes. On another thread here, somewhere suggested changing the settings to have SecurePass ask for the PIN once per day, which I did. Still, it's constant and as of now, I regret creating a PIN at all. How can I "stop the madness?" Thank you!

Hello!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this behavior - we had some issues a few weeks ago related to the PIN, but we released a fix as soon as possible and have since made several improvements in this area. Setting your PIN again, (using the same values as before) with any of the newer versions (1.1.23 and 1.1.24) should have addressed this issue. The OP is not the only one who is having the endless pop-up notification "Enter PIN code".

The "fix" actually worked for a couple of days, but the issue is now back, and it appears even more frequent than before.

And again the pop-up window shows on websites i don't have account(s) to fill-in and on websites i'm already signed-in with an account. It makes no logic for the pop-up to show on websites i'm already signed.
