NinjaOne and Gravityzone

Hey all, I have noticed whenever I onboard people in my organization using a Mac, Bitdefender Gravityzone always fail to install.

The error is always this:

Antivirus: Error generating GravityZone installer links

GravityZone: Unable to get installer config

Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

To provide a solution applicable to this scenario and to better understand the root cause of the error can you please collect a HAR log as per https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77209-152598-generate-an-har-file.html#UUID-cc869c14-3539-c293-b01b-405fcf93efc3

Once you have this log please open a case with Enterprise Support and they will be able to analyze them and provide a solution.

This is not a browser issue, so I do not know why you would need a HAR log. The issue is that NinjaOne cannot install Gravityzone.

I assumed you are using the GravityZone console, Cloud environment since you mentioned NinjaOne and this error I assumed you receive it within the console.

Additionally, if the installation fails on the endpoint you can collect a support tool log https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77209-90394-use-the-support-tool-log.html#UUID-7fc6466e-73f3-9c59-ab5e-77f38aecac76_UUID-8ca79afc-b9f7-8963-6c57-0867378c872f

and this will tell us for sure why it failed.

We can also request impersonation approval through a support case and check your console(GravityZone, not NinjaOne) if needed.

I asked around and the message that you receive is not a common one so this is why we would need the logs.

Hi Andrei,

I am sorry if I came out rude, I was replying on mobile and I was rushing. Anyway, I will check that out and update the thread.

To be clear, the error was being shown in the logs of NinjaOne. We seldom go to the GravityZone console as we find it complicated and there was no onboarding tutorial done.

Lets investigate first the issue on our side and if our support concludes that it's not a GravityZone issue you will then reach out to NinjaOne for assistance, in case its related to their console.
