Quick Assist appears to be blocked

How can I check whether Bitdefender is blocking Windows Quick Assist or not? I have turned off 'advanced threat defense as well as the firewall and still Quickassist presents a blank white screen on my desktop but works just fine on my laptop. I suspect Bitdefender. Any other ideas?

The problem is that with the current version of windows 11 , I cannot add quickassist or any apps in the
"program files/WindowsApps" to the exceptions list.

I can see that "quickassist" is in fact an exception on my laptop which was an older add. But with a new version of Windows 11 I am not able to add that exception.
