Email protection

I use EMClient for my email. My Gmail and Outlook are both listed as active in Bitdefender Email Protection. Any reason why in EMClient, only the emails in Gmail account are marked as Bitdefender: Safe or Bitdefender: Dangerous but not the ones in Outlook. I checked Outlook web and they are correctly marked there. Thanks.

That’s interesting! Since Bitdefender marks are showing on Outlook Web but not in EMClient, it’s likely an issue with how EMClient handles email headers or displays security tags. Bitdefender might still be scanning the Outlook emails, but EMClient may not show those tags the same way it does for Gmail. You could try checking EMClient’s settings or reach out to their support to see if it handles Outlook headers differently. Also, make sure your Outlook account in EMClient is using IMAP, not POP, for full syncing and compatibility with tags.
