Account problem

I have a subscription that covers 3 devices. My personal account site shows that I have 2 devices istalled, this is correct and I'm logged in to these 2 devices. But when I try to login on a third device it automatically get a free subscription instead of the paid version. Could you please contact me in the mailbox so that you can check what's wrong with my subscription?

Problem solved. Found that I had to remove one device under "Subscriptions-Manage devices". I did only check the dashboard, there it was listed only 2 devices. So subscriptions and dashboard didn't show the same thing. I guess and hope it was just an update delay in the system :-)
