Safepay doesn't connect to the VPN

Bitdefender Safepay recently shows that the VPN is disabled, while it is fully enabled.

Also, the option to automatically connect the VPN when Safepay starts is enabled.

I would like to know if this indication is indeed correct and therefore Safepay is not connected to the VPN during operation.

But if this is an application error, is it safe to ignore it?
