State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

I just renewed my Bitdefender premium and wanted my securepass but I forgot my master password and recovery key. What should I do if I want set up newly securepass? Please advise me.

If you’ve lost both your master password and recovery key, contact support for help resetting your account. This will permanently erase all data stored in your vault. After the reset, you’ll be able to set a new master password and receive a new recovery key.
