My issue is, my hubby purchased Bitdefender Premium Security on June 21 and after a week there was a pop up says my Subscription ended and was told to reactive it with another purchase. I don't even know am I really being protected from malware now. This is really stressful trying to contact the Bitdefender. I made a request for a refund and only received an email with a open ticket number. My 30 days of refund is counting and I don't know what to do, this will be the first and my last time buying their products
