Upgrade Bitdefender total Security to Bitdefender Total Security Individual

Has anyone else received an email from this email address connect@hello.bitdefender.com telling them that your Bitdefender Total security subscription has been upgraded to Bitdefender Total Security Individual? Under What's New it says Bitdefender Password Manager now includes, securing and simplifying your password management across multiple platforms.

Is this actually from Bitdefender or a fraud issue, as there is no name on the email, just starts with

Hello.

The message is legit and it's coming from Bitdefender, so nothing to worry.

Also, the Bitdefender portfolio was recently relaunched to feature individual and family plans.

Now, in order to make the previous versions compatible with the new version for future extensions, the subscriptions had to be migrated, in your case from BD Total Security to BD Total Security Individual.
