I was unaware of autorenewal and wish to cancel my subscription. Please advise.

You can cancel your subscription from Bitdefender Central or by contacting Customer Support using this link:

State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
You can of course request a refund for the automatic renewal charge also by using the above link within 30 days of the automatic renewal date.

You can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription, by following these steps: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29081/ Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal. From my personal experience, Method 1 did and still does the job for stopping the auto-renewal. Finally, to get a refund, just follow the steps from this article: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/7217/ You may obtain a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of the automatic renewal date.
