System scan and results show 1 email …ONE EMAIL…with a trojan.
The prompt is for "take action" or "don't take action". You would assume 2025..hey BT must be capable of handling massive email archives right? WRONG!
The take action blows away the PST completely.
This issue dates back to 2010 as far as I can see.
I contact support. What do they say? "Oh I don't know..let me collect some data and we will take a look". No FAQ on recovery. Nothing has been fixed….like how about maybe "Hey this is a big PST…maybe you should handle this manually".
