Completely unable to cancel subscription and request refund.

The annual fee was charged on my account today, but I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Anyhow I try to get this done through Bitdefender website it doesnt work. Tried it in Chrome, Firefox and Edge on PC, and tried it on my phone, but when I click on the submit button the site just freezes. Really annoying.. How can I get in touch with bitdefender customer support without having to go through the website?
