Allow Erste bank George App on kid's device

Hello

I am using parental control on my kid's Samsung phone.
She also has a bank card and an application called George App (Erste Bank) installed.
This is a bank account for kids <14.

While using the parental control, whatever setting I try, the app says something went wrong on the
the login screen, when trying to log in. (Error: 343.0.d453b2f3)

Without parental control, it works fine.

I have tried to allow several IP addresses I could find on the internet, but no luck.

Can you advise on how to allow the George App on the phone while using the parental control?

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried to add several Erste bank-related URLs *.erstebank.hu, like api.erstebank.hu or login.erstebank.hu, etc

In the "App and web platform exception", the app is not listed, nor are any banking-related apps I could add.

I suspect it might have something to do with the fact that it's a banking app.. May I suggest contacting Bitdefender Support, so they can have a closer look at this? You can reach them using the link below:

State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
