Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log files you already created in the first step.

Can you elaborate on how this happened, how did they gain access to your account, what was the timeline of events, what tactics the malicious actors used, when did you notice the hack and what steps have you taken since? And did you contact Ebay as well regarding this?
