Bitdefender VPN is unable to load pages

I am having trouble loading pages when I'm connected to the VPN, especially with google services such as google search, translate, gmail & youtube. The pages seem to be inactive as it is impossible to click any link, or failed to load at all, where I get the corresponding error message from google (400. This is an error. The server cannot process the request because the request is in an invalid format. It should not be repeated. This is all we know).

It is impossible to login my account and many icons from web pages are not displayed.

I have tried connected to multiple different locations, without however google services working properly.

Is there any way or similar option that can solve the problem?

Thanks for following up, I'm glad to hear that your VPN is working as expected.

Bitdefender VPN is not available as a browser extension. The VPN app is installed automatically alongside your Bitdefender security solution, and it can also be installed as a standalone app from the product page, from Google Play Store & App Store, or from your Central account.

Hello,

Can you check if the ad-blocker and anti-tracker features are enabled in the VPN app? If they are ON, disable them both, retry and let me know what happens.

Thank you for the reply. Following your suggestions, I disabled the Ad-blocker and Anti-tracker features from VPN app but without any improvement.

BUT, I found that the VPN app works perfectly and that the problem was not caused by the VPN activation, but by Google itself. Because, I tested with Bitdefender VPN completely disabled and the connectivity issues with Google services continued to persist just like before.

That has been confirmed by official reports online that Google services continue to experience serious connectivity problems. So, Bitdefender VPN works fine anywhere other than Google services, which don't work properly anyway.

Finally, I found that when I use a browser VPN extension, Google services work properly without any problems. At this point, I would like to ask if Bitdefender VPN is available as a browser extension, so I don't have to use other unreliable VPNs.
