Activation code

Hi, I just got a new phone A36. During the setup process my Bitdefender app was copied from my old phone [A32] to my new one via Samsung default process.

The app is now in trial mode and asking for an activation code that i do not have.

I have removed my old phone from my subscription and centtal is showing it as protected.

What do I do now please?

Kindly check if the steps stated below help:

1. Go to your Bitdefender Central account and remove both the old and new Android device. This will log you out of the Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android app on both devices.
2. Open the Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android app on your Android device and log in using your Bitdefender Central account credentials.
3. If the Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android app still shows a trial subscription and you are not automatically logged out, manually log out of the Bitdefender app and log back in using your Bitdefender Central account.
