I've received this e-mail. I believe it's fake. My account isn't due for awhile.

I think the first question that comes to mind is: do you have a Bitdefender Premium Security subscription due to renew on 2025.07.18, or what product are you using, exactly? The email body does refer to the genuine Support Center (check the link) where all Bitdefender's legit contact channels are available for use, and it's not unlikely to receive such a notification, in the event the payment information must be updated. I must say it does sound like a legitimate Bitdefender communication and if your subscription is not due for renewal, you should get in touch with the Support teams as they can clarify the situation.
One more question: have you recently renewed your subscription manually by placing a new order? Since you've mentioned that your subscription is not yet due for renewal, it can be that the previous one you've had still has the automatic renewal feature enabled, or maybe the notification was sent in error/too early. But again, I'm only making assumptions here, so I think it's best to contact them directly.

@Flexx I think Scamio queries may also return false positives, that can happen, so I wouldn't rely much on that verdict for this one. It would have been useful to see a screenshot of this email so we can check the sender as well. Like the email says, you shouldn't reply since the address is not monitored, and this is also a common characteristic of such notices.

Hi.

I've also received this email in the past. My subscription was not due for renewal for another 2 weeks. I didn't click the link in the email. Instead, I logged into Bitdefender Central, looked up the status of my subscription, and then contacted support. Turns out it was a legitimate email and the billing service tries to renew early. I just waited for the appropriate time and went back in and manually renewed the subscription before re-enabling auto-renew.
