Upgrade to Ubuntu 24 LTS has gone bad

I have managed to upgrade my GravityZone appliance to Ubuntu 24 LTS without any issue. However the upgrade for my security servers failed. They have upgraded to Ubuntu 24 LTS but always appear out-of-date in the management console.

When I check the arrakis.log file I see the SVAs are trying to download files which do not exist on my offline update server. The files DO exist on my online update server.

The files my SVAs are looking for are related to deb-sva-2404-slow and deb-hydra24-unified.

I have reproduced this fault on a clean install, so I think the issue is that these "24" based kits/products are not being included in the update .xml lists.

Anybody confirm or help?

1. An description of your environment architecture → you mentioned an offline update server and an online update server, we need to understand how your environment is configured

2. The arrakis.log file which displays the error message.
