EPSecurityService stills analyzing a folder

Hi community,

Recently we have a problem with one of our servers, after install Bitdefender endpoint security we detected a high using of CPU. We have verified and seems that the process EPSecurityService is analyzing a folder full of files from our local ERP, definitely something that we don't want, because the performance on this server is decreasing.

In gravityzone we added the respective folder in Antimalware→Exclusions with the respective wildcards, but no luck.

Exclusions made:

(Yes, we even try with different wildcards with no luck)

any idea? what could be? On-access scanning?

Can you please clarify where you added these exclusions?
1. Is it Antimalware - Exclusions - In-Policy exclusion?

2. Is this assigned on a policy which is applied on the endpoint in question?

If it is assigned to the right policy, I recommend you open a case with our Enterprise Support so we can impersonate your account and check ourselves.
