According to the website Total Security is supposed to include a password manager, but when I go to my Bitdefender Central the only option is SecurePass which is only available on an additional subscription.

Sorry for the delayed response, I was offline for a while. So, Password Manager is included in the Total Security package. However, this was not always the case, so you probably have a previous version (before the new portfolio was launched) which at the time of purchase didn't include the Password Manager component and as such, the option to purchase SecurePass is displayed.
