Refund, and Cancel Auto Renewal

I have tried to filled in the form online to request refund, but the website just keep loading without any response.

I also need to cancel auto renwal of my subscription.

I am extremely unhappy and felt cheated. Will reolve to court if dont get it resolve ASAP.
