How to access links from email venders I deal with?

I receive email advertisements from various venders. They have links to their product lines. Many times when accessing these links, I get an error stating that I cannot reach their servers.

I have found that by turning off the VPN, I can access the sites/servers.

How do I add these links to VPN (or whatever) so that I can buy things, etc.?
