GravityZone Cloud console not updating status of some clients

We run into occasional issues where the console shows a client as not having been seen for some time and it being out of date. However if I look at the client itself, it is up to date and auto updates as it should be.

Typically if this happens the only way I have found to fix it is to uninstall the client and reinstall.. Is there possibly a better way to fix this? Its like the link is lost between the client and the console…

From what I was able to check, I see that the endpoint that you mentioned is actually a duplicate. You have 2 endpoints with the same hostname but different hardware ids. So you are checking in the console the endpoint that is offline since March (no signature update since then) while locally you are checking the one that communicates with the console and is up to date.

To resolve this issue you will have to either remove the endpoint manually or set up a cleanup rule for offline machines: https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77209-155208-configuration.html#idp278304
