I am using Bitdefender Total Security, but on certain Macs, I am automatically logged out of the app and protection is suddenly disabled.
This happens about four times a week, and I have to log in manually each time.
The affected Macs are Mac mini, MacBook Pro (M1 Pro), and MacBook Pro (M2 Pro), all running macOS Sequoia.
Note that this issue has not been observed on other devices with the same model and OS version, so we believe that differences in OS or hardware are not the cause.
If there are any recommended solutions or possible causes for this issue, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.
