Hello to all
I try to install LGMV Bussiness 1.29 from LG source which is trusted. This program is a service tool for monitoring of VRF air conditioning systems
Windows 11
After 99% of installing process Bitdefender stops the installing and display a message that the desinfection is in course and in cronology I found that the problem is named QD:Trojan.GenericKDQ.008752F6E5.
The same program was instaled on other laptop with Windows 10 with EXACTLY the same Bitdefender protection and all was good
I need this tool on my laptop with Windows 11.
How can be cleared if the problem is real or not ?
