Bitdefender Central Says Device not covered but subscription has sufficient licenses

Have had a recurring problem with Bitdefender Central. Always seem to have one of the three devices which it says "device not covered" when it also says that the subscription is for 3 devices.

How can I get Central to show the correct device coverage?

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

Hi,

Have you tried removing the device and adding it back into your account? Also, are all security modules operational on the device which appears unprotected? Is it a mobile device or a laptop/PC? and does Central say why the device seems to be unprotected? What type of subscription do you have?

I thought I would try to resolving this by deleting the problem device in all places and starting with a clean system before coming back to you. That seems to have worked so many thanks for your time.
