I have a SAS and to get quick answers I need to chat with them

But bitdefender blocks the chat pop up app, how do I get it to allow it?

Hello,

This could be caused by the Anti-tracker browser extension. Or maybe an adblocker, if you're using one. But how did you come up to the conclusion that the antivirus is blocking the chat?
If no anti-trackers or adblockers are present, I think there are a few other things to check. First, how are you accessing that chat window, are you using a VPN connection in the process, or maybe the secure SafePay browser? If none of these apply in your case, then you'll have to switch off the security modules in Bitdefender one by one to find out which one is interfering with the chat window. After each module deactivation, check how the chat window behaves. Don't forget to re-enable your defenses once you're finished troubleshooting this.
