HELP, PLEASE!
After installing Bd (consumer level) on the weekend, emails from one sender only [as luck would have it, my primary work provider] are displaying as ascii-style type in older Outlook desktop email client and smothering intentional content in header information. The problem is clearly local, as the same emails display just fine in browser Webmail.
How do I turn off header display and return appearance to HTML in my Outlook desktop email client? Switching email management to browser is not a good solution for my workflow. Nor, obviously, is decoupling Bd from the email client. To be clear, messages are being allowed through. The problem is with the display.
Tried so far: I have whitelisted sender's email address and URL within email client settings and Bd. After closing Outlook and restarting system, the issue has not resolved for new messages.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? This will quickly cause major disruption to workflow if not resolved.
