Been using another AV package for years and just removed and installed Bitdefender trail. Issue I have is it randomly changes some html emails to plain text and makes them virtually unreadable. I've had a scan through and the only option seems to be to disable to Outlook Ad-in. Tried Bitdefender web chat and seems the emails already converted are toast, so want to see if this can be fixed for future emails or won't be using the product. I have no idea as to why t picks on some emails, so no idea who else in future could be impacted. Any help appreciated.
