Nothing appears when I click on Chat 24/7, why? I'm from Taiwan, not sure if that makes a difference.

No need to use a VPN.
If you have any anti-ad, anti-tracker extension installed and enabled on your browser, like uBlock Origin, AdGuard, Adblock Plus etc., first disable the extension, then click on Chat 24/7, wait a few seconds, and a window will pop-up on the right side of the srceen.
I did that, and i can chat with support without any issues.
