Safepay

Like other users I've used safepay for years, but recently I've had trouble connecting to my bank and now I can't connect to any of my saved sites. Looking for answers. I've reinstalled the software, but it still won't connect. I can connect to all sites if I don't use safepay.

@reggy5474 Can you specify in more detail what means "trouble connecting to my bank" and "I can't connect to any of my saved sites" ?
Do you encounter network errors and the pages are not displayed, the page(s) appears but there are troubles with logging on, or the bookmarks from Safepay do not work?
Please be as detailed as possible so we can figure out exactly the nature of your trouble.

I have been having trouble on an inconstant basis until last week with my bank. Now when I use Safepay it sends me to another bank login site. That site says it doesn't recognize either username or password. I can get onto the site with no issues if I don't use safepay. The problem with the credit card site just started last week. When I login it pauses and then just stops. If I renter username and password the same thing happens. It's in some type of loop where it will not allow me to login. Once again, I have no issues if I don't use safepay. Safepay bookmarks do not work.

I don't believe this had anything to do with an update.

An update addressing (I hope) will be released in the end of August/start of September. While I cannot be 100% sure without having an account and performing all the steps, we managed to detect an incompatibility between Safepay and the website which is now addressed.
