i performed a clean reinstall , then entered my credentials for some browser , it auto reinstalled the extensions in that browser, idm was one of that, so it auto opened the idm's ( internet download manager ) website, but then a strange thing happened, idm.exe was auto downloaded in my computer, fortunately the download folder was opened and i saw that incidence. it never happened b4. i pinned brave in my task bar and after a short time it changed it's icon to a white blank icon, i delete it and pinned it again and its normal now. all of these incidences indicate any threat? specially the idm's auto download ?
