After entering my credentials for Amex, the login screen reappears … with no error message. Other logins that work are Chase, Citi, Capital One. Wells Fargo has a different problem - see other post:

I have the same problem as BarbaraW when I want to connect to American Express.
I use URL https://www.americanexpress.com/fr-fr/account/login/;
If I use the same URL directly in Google or Firebox without Safepay, I can log in American Express.
I have the exact same issue when trying to access american express login. My wife says it has been that way for a while.

I need this fixed as soon as possible or will need to find alternative to Safepay.
I do have a fix tested partially (since I do not have an account on AME). I tried with some random user/password: before the fix it was as described, no error message; after fix, the correct message stating invalid user/password appears, so I am confident the error is fixed.
We will release this in the next period, from my estimation it will be around end of August - beginning of September.
