Anyone else get a renewal bill that's doubled since last year?

I use the Mac bitdefender product for up to 3 devices. Last year, I paid about AUD$38 for the annual sub. This year, I've just been sent a renewal notice, the bill is AUD$79.99. I've been migrated to "multiplatform". I don't have any PCs so being "multiplatform" is of absolutely no use to me. So I emailed bitdefender a couple of days ago to handle this privately and got ZERO response. Now I get a "reminder" email this morning, see attached, the new bill is AUD $39.99 but when you click the link its $79.99. Now Bitdefender is moving into Scam territory. What's everyone else's experience?

To me, that looks like an early renewal offer coupled with a migration to the multiplatform suite. Now, I'm not entirely sure why the price in the shopping cart changes, or what active campaigns they may run at the moment.
But I think this could happen for several reasons, including an expired link, or browser cookies. But there's absolutely no scam here, why would you even say that? I mean, this is not some shady software you purchased on the street corner, we are talking about Bitdefender here..
To resolve this, simply contact Bitdefender Support, show them that screenshot and ask them to match the price in the offer, in the event the discount is not applied for some reason.
