Bitdefender launched a malware file to "disinfect" it and now my device is infected

So theres this thing at https://getswiftt.gg that I installed because I was just bored and looking into stuff It ended up installing an undetected Trojan that wasnt caught by any products not Bitdefender ATD or anything else OTP kept blocking exploit attempts which prevented my device from being fully compromised but overall Bitdefenders automatic action feature set to “take proper action” couldnt really be changed in the free version I switched to it because it seemed decent, but now my device and data are basically cooked.

(bitdefender's OTP didnt block the page while the defenses were on either)

(After the infection I did a few full system scans and there was trojans in appdata that I got rid of I even wiped every Appdata that may of been infected)

(Bitdefender blocked several security threats including exploit attempts traversal exploits dangerous URLs and potential botnet activity after the infection like every day at 2,20 ish meaning this stuff was a timed attack)

Bitdefender please fix this I beg of you

what i mean by undetect trojan is the actually download was detected but the download once on the system bitdefender attempted to disinfect the code within the file causing it to be launched and it shoved trojan into appdata i wiped every appdata that may of been infected even if it wasnt and the trojan downloader its self wasnt detected by NPE, Bitdefender, Avast, Hitmanpro and etc.

Next, restart your PC and see if the issue has been solved.

Next, create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log files you already created in the first step.
Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.
Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log files will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.

I tried using the Rescue Environment too but it didnt pick up the item causing the exploit attempts by then my system was so infected that I ended up reinstalling Windows and Bitdefender.

honestly I think it would help a lot if Bitdefender added “Move To Quarantine” or at least a “Block” option for automatic actions on the free version even just having “Block” would feel a lot safer than the vague “Take Proper Action"
