8 month open issue BitDefender support has not be able to assist with yet.
Explicit subnet endpoints stopped communicating with BitDefender cloud server due to network communication failing at the first Google routers in the network path before hitting the BitDefender servers.
ISP (AT&T) confirming network traffic from our local router, through all AT&T network hops and then fails after last AT&T IP and on first Google IP of the network route.
Despite BitDefender servers being on a Google network:
cloud-ecs.gravityzone.bitdefender.com (35.212.7.177)
Problem Router:
191.58.212.35.bc.googleusercontent.com (35.212.58.191)
Google IP range: 35.212.#.#
AT&T has not been able to help me with google. BitDefender support, despite being a customer of the Google network has not been able to help me with google.
And I have found no resource out there for contacting google about this issue. This subnet has been without Network Protection this entire duration.
