No Full scan performed

Hello, after installing the package a problem is found. The full scan has not been performed. How can I avoid this message?

After the installation we recommend to do a full scan.

To resolve the warning message you can apply one of the following:

Do a full scan manually - Network - Select endpoint - Actions - Malware Scan - Full Scan
Update the notifications settings from your policy either set it to "Do not show" or "show as warning" after a number of days:
Policy - Your policy - Agent - Notifications:
Set an automatic scan task from Policy - Antimalware - On Demand - Add Full Scan task:
