Hello, I am trying Bitdefender GravityZone in order to replace my current security solution.
I have done a risk scan but under risk management I still do not see any data.

First ensure that you have the Risk Management module active in your policy.
Second, ensure that the correct policy which includes Risk Management is applied on the endpoints.
Execute a Risk scan and wait up to 1 day to ensure that all the data is gathered within the dashboard.
If this does not work then we will need to investigate further in support by opening a case at Contact Us.
