I get this message every time I sign in, started a couple of weeks ago but now is constant.

I think the first thing you could try is a fresh reinstall of the VPN app. Then, if the error persists, check if it happens with multiple servers, then switch protocols as well, change network if possible, and maybe even change your DNS server. And this goes without saying, make sure your device is connected to the Internet with a fast and stable connection. Also, make sure your firewall app or router firewall isn’t blocking the VPN. If you’re not sure, consult your router’s manual, contact the manufacturer, or reach out to your Internet provider for help. Usually, if you’re getting this type of error, just turning your computer off and then back on again can fix the problem, hence the recommendation to restart the device. This works when the operating system or other services don’t start up properly. However, if you restart Windows and are still experiencing VPN errors, more advanced troubleshooting steps may be required.
