Bitdefender Central Anti-Theft Not working if device is locked/idle

Have anyone faced this issue where anti-theft locate feature is not working due to any bitdefender mobile security bug or android restrictions.

I'm checking to see if there are any outstanding issues with the anti-theft command at the comment, and I will get back to you on this thread as soon as I find out more.

Hi,

Can you check the Anti-theft commands in another browser? Also, try these settings (if they apply for your device model):

Go to phone settings and do the following:

Go to Security
Go to Device administrators
Uncheck Antivirus
Go to Application manager
Tap on Antivirus
Press on clear cache and clear data
Open the Bitdefender app and configure everything again

Now, I'm not using an Android device and depending on the model, these could look slightly different or be located in different places, but the bottom line is that the data should be cleared and the app should be configured again, and afterwards you can resend the command and check if it works.
